Assistant HR Officer / Human Resources Officer

主要職責
  • Perform all round HR functions not limited Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Employee relations etc
  • Ensure company policies and practices are in compliance with related local ordinances
  • Provide day-to-day administration support and professional HR advice & services to working partners
  • Prepare various HR reports / analysis for management review
  • Update and maintain database of HR software system
  • Assist in handling labour case and employees' compensation case
  • Handle ad hoc projects and perform other duties as assigned
  • 入職要求
    • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
    • At least 2 years relevant experience in sizable organization with focus on compensation & benefits, preferable in F&B industry
    • Candidate with C & B experience in F&B/ retail industry with production factory is an added advantage
    • Knowledge of Hong Kong employment related ordinance
    • Good communication and interpersonal skill, independent and good team player
    • Proficiency in Microsoft operation, including Word, Chinese Word Processing and Excel
    • Immediate Available is highly preferred
    • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR Officer
    學歷 Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
    工作地點 Shek Mun
    年經驗年期 At least 2 years relevant experience
    每天工作時數 9:00 a.m. - 18:00 p.m.
