主要職責 |
Perform all round HR functions not limited Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Employee relations etc
Ensure company policies and practices are in compliance with related local ordinances
Provide day-to-day administration support and professional HR advice & services to working partners
Prepare various HR reports / analysis for management review
Update and maintain database of HR software system
Assist in handling labour case and employees' compensation case
Handle ad hoc projects and perform other duties as assigned

入職要求 |
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- At least 2 years relevant experience in sizable organization with focus on compensation & benefits, preferable in F&B industry
- Candidate with C & B experience in F&B/ retail industry with production factory is an added advantage
- Knowledge of Hong Kong employment related ordinance
- Good communication and interpersonal skill, independent and good team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft operation, including Word, Chinese Word Processing and Excel
- Immediate Available is highly preferred
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR Officer
