Departing from A-1 Bakery’s traditional model, Bakery+ breaks away from a bakery store design to bring customers an elevated lifestyle and culinary experience. Designed as an urban sanctuary, the new location presents customers with a cozy space to enjoy quality dining. Every item on the menu is created and paired by a team of Japanese Chefs using premium imported ingredients from Japan. The all-day menu fits the rhythm of Hong Kong life — from rich, aromatic morning coffees to warm, nourishing soups — offering a welcoming space to unwind and recharge anytime.
In addition to daily on-site freshly baked goods, Bakery+ introduces a range of concept-store exclusive items, including vegetarian choices. These offerings cater to health-conscious diners seeking high-quality food, bringing pure Japanese flavours to the table.

➀ Japanese Rice Flour Pizza - Made with a high-quality Japanese rice flour base, the crust is crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and delicately chewy compared to traditional pizza dough, each pie is topped with premium Japanese ingredients and sauces.
② Soup Set (Japanese Soup + Rice Flour Bread) - Overflowing with fresh ingredients and served with warm Japanese rice flour bread baked in-house, each bowl offers a soul-warming light meal tailored for urban diners.
③ Sarutahiko Coffee & Selected Japanese Teas - All coffee features medium-dark roast premium beans from Tokyo's specialty coffee brand, Sarutahiko Coffee, offering a richer flavor in both hot/iced Americanos and Lattes. The menu also showcases specially crafted Japanese teas, including Hokkaido black soybean and corn tea.
Bakery+'s interior design embodies Japanese minimalism and aesthetics, using warm wood tones, soft curved lines, and subtle greenery decorations to create a bright, inviting atmosphere. Embracing sustainability, the wallpaper is made from eco-friendly, light-fast materials certified by the Japan Environment Association and produced from recycled materials.
