About Click and Collect

What is Click & Collect?
Customer may shop and pay online, and choose one of our stores to pickup (exclude designated shops).
Can Click & Collect provide complimentary delivery service to a designated location?
Delivery service is not applicable to Click & Collect order.
How do I pick up my order?
Orders can be picked up at most of A-1 Bakery shops in Hong Kong (including designated brands such as Natural Bakery, Atelier Gute and La Création). You can select your preferred stores and time slot when ordering.
Once your order is completed, please go to the designated shop within the pick-up period and present your Pick-up QR code.
Can Click & Collect order be paid at bakery shops?
Only online payment by VISA/MASTER credit card is accepted for Click & Collect.
Is it possible to pick up all goods on the next day if the orders are placed before 12 o'clock?
If the order is placed before 12 noon, most of the products (exclude designated sized cakes) could be chosen to pickup next day.
What should I pay attention to when purchasing from Click & Collect?
• Ornament(s) on cake(s) may be changed without prior notice due to limited supply. The picture(s) in our website is for reference only.

• Each whole cake (only apply to the cakes under category “Cake” on our Click & Collect page; and not applicable to seasonal products) can come with a birthday plaque, wording “Happy Birthday” is originally written on the plaque and customer(s) may add 4 Chinese words or 15 English alphabets (punctuation mark and space will be counted as 1 word).

• No refund or replacement will be arranged if customer(s) could not pick up the ordered product(s) within the agreed period. A-1 Bakery Group will reserve the right of disposing and not be liable for products picked after expiry date.

• Once the order is paid, there will be no cancellation, alters, exchange, nor refund.

• Most of our shops (exclude shops at Discovery Bag, Yata or Citistore) will be operated as normal during hoisting period of Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal 8 or higher or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, customer(s) shall pickup the order(s) within agreed period.

• All special discount(s) (including membership discount) and pre-order lead time are not applicable for voucher(s) order(s).

About Membership

How to be a Basic Member? Any charge?
There is no charge to sign up as a Basic Member. You can register as a Basic Member via mobile app. In addition to viewing your purchase records, you can also collect A-stamps to upgrade to a RED-Member and enjoy more exclusive privileges.
How do I edit my membership information?
Please login to My Page. If you need further assistance,, please contact the Customer Service Team.

※The office hours of the Customer Service Team are from Mondays to Fridays, 09:00-12:30 or 14:00-18:00, exclude Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and inclement weather conditions.
If I forgot my login password, how do I reset?
Please click "Forgot your password" before login, then proceed according to the instruction.
How do I make the payment of HK$600 to become a RED-member?
Please register and using Visa/Master credit card to pay directly via the mobile App.
After payment, how can I get the HK$600 vouchers?
Please login and check from the coupon area on mobile App.
Will the welcome gifts, birthday gifts, or gifts redeemed by points expired?
All gifts and vouchers are with expiry date(s).。
How do I check my gift points?

How do I know the valid date of my membership?

What are the "Gift Points" ?
Red Card and Silver Card members can earn 1 Gift Point upon purchase of every HK$10 products at A-1 Bakery Group outlets (exclude Chateraise, United Centre shop, designated products, vouchers, products of wedding series; HK$10 and 1 point as unit, remaining will not be counted). Gift Points can be used for gift or voucher redemption.
Is there is any validity for my gift points?
Gift Points will be expired as membership expires. If the membership is successfully renewed, the Gift Points could be continued to accumulate.
After my purchase in your store, why the points record has not been updated yet?
The history may need 24 hours to update.
Is Double Gift Point day on 11th each month applicable to "Click & Collect"?
The Double Gift Point day on 11th each month is applicable on online shop "Click & Collect" and physical stores.
How do I renew my membership of Red Card and/or Silver Card?
Red Card members shall have HK$2000 or above accumulated net purchase amount in 365-day membership validity for auto renewal, otherwise, will be downgraded as basic App member*.

Silver Card members who have HK$8000 accumlated net purchase amount in 365-day membership validity could be auto-renewed; for those who have HK$2000-HK$7999 accumulated net purchase in 365-day membership validity will be downgraded to Red Card member, otherwise, it would be downgraded to Basic App member*.

*Note: All accumulated Gift Points will be forfeited if downgraded to basic App Member.
How could I pay for renewal of Red Card membership?

How do I renew my Red/Silver Card membership if I cannot reach HK$2000 accumulated net purchase amount before expiry date?
In this situation, Red/Silver Card members could login to My Page and pay the annual fee HK$600 via the mobile App for maintaining as Red Card members within 30 days before the expiry date.

As gesture of gratitude, a set of A-1 Bakery Group e-vouchers with the total face-valued of HK$650 would be rewareded after successful payment, meanwhile, the accumulated gift points would be carried on, but all the accumulated purhcase amount will be reset to zero.
Can I be entitled to have a set of HK$650 A-1 Bakery Group gift vouchers after membership auto renewal?
Voucher reward is only appilcable to members who pay annual fee of HK$600 for renewal.
How to upgrade as a Silver Card member?
RED-Members accumulate HK$8000 net purchase amount in 365-day membership validity would be auto-upgraded as SILVER-Member.
Will the accumulated net purhcase amount remains after ranking up my membership?
All the accumulated net purhcase amount will be reset to zero after rank-up or renewal.
Will the Gift Points remain after rank up my membership?
All gifts and vouchers are with expiry date(s).
How do I report a lost of membership card?
A-1 Bakery Official Mobile App has been launched. There will be no replacement arrangement if the physical membership card is lost or damaged. Please dowload and migrate to our mobile App to continuously enjoy the membership privileges with the e-card.
How can I get the Birthday Gift?
Each Red/Silver member is entitled to receive the birthday gift once per year (365 days).

Birthday gift will be automatically credited into your A-1 Bakery mobile App membership account on the first day of registered birth month.
Why didn't I receive the Birthday Gift?
If the registered month is equal to birth month, members would receive the birthday gift on the first day of birth month next year.

About Vouchers and Wedding Series

Is it possible to pick up vouchers on the next day if the order is placed before 12 noon?
Vouchers must be ordered at least 10 days in advance.
(The cut-off time is 12:00 noon daily. Orders made after cut-off time will be treated as order made on the following day.)
How long would be the A-1 Bakery physical vouchers valid for?
A-1 Bakery Group physical gift vouchers are with two-years validity.
How long would be the A-1 Bakery physical wedding vouchers valid for ?
A-1 Bakery Group physical wedding vouchers are with three-years validity.
Is it possible to pick up wedding cake on the next day if the order is placed before 12 noon?
Wedding cakes must be ordered at least 45 days in advance.
(The cut-off time is 12:00 noon daily. Orders made after cut-off time will be treated as order made on the following day.)
