Food Hygiene & Laboratory Officer

Responsibilities
  • To monitor general hygiene practice of production staff
  • To conduct laboratory biological testing
  • To conduct shop hygiene & OSH audit
  • To maintain HACCP system of factory
  • To monitor factory deep cleaning service
  • To propose and monitor factory efficiency improvement plan
  • To assist label making for prepackaged food item

    Job Requirements
    • Degree holder in Food Safety or Bacteria testing
    • Minimum 2 years in food safety related experience preferred
    • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and English & Chinese word processing
    • Good leadership, persuasive, inter-personal skills and pro-active team player
    • Capable of communicating with staff of different grades and departments
    • Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
    Qualification Degree holder in Food Safety or Bacteria testing
    Working location Shek Mun
    Years of experience Minimum 2 years in food safety related experience preferred
    Working hours 9:00 a.m. - 18:00 p.m.
