To monitor general hygiene practice of production staff
To conduct laboratory biological testing
To conduct shop hygiene & OSH audit
To maintain HACCP system of factory
To monitor factory deep cleaning service
To propose and monitor factory efficiency improvement plan
To assist label making for prepackaged food item

Job Requirements |
- Degree holder in Food Safety or Bacteria testing
- Minimum 2 years in food safety related experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and English & Chinese word processing
- Good leadership, persuasive, inter-personal skills and pro-active team player
- Capable of communicating with staff of different grades and departments
- Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
